THE 40TH ANNUAL PENNSYLVANIA AFG CONVENTION

Join us for fellowship, speakers and recovery at one of the most beautiful campuses on the East Coast.
Speakers are Charlyn F. from GA (Friday Night Al – Anon Speaker), Brandon R from PA (Friday Night AA Speaker) and a new speaker, Juanita W. from KY (Saturday Night Al-Anon Speaker).
Donated Al-Anon baskets welcome for drawings. Souvenir sweatshirts (sizes S - XXL) will be available at the convention for $15.

Registration begins at 3 PM on Friday, June 8 and the convention ends Sunday morning, June 10.

Please read the fine print:
- All plans must be paid in full by May 15, 2012. Only full payment is accepted -- partial payments will be returned. Registrations are transferable, but not refundable. Contact Registration Chair for transfer.
- Registrations are processed in the order received. There are no guarantees that room requests can be honored.
- For security and legal reasons, everyone MUST be registered.
- To be admitted to workshops, speaker meetings, and the dance, everyone MUST wear the provided Convention name tag.
- Any person registering without a roommate may be assigned a roommate.
- Special room considerations may be given to those with stated medical problems as indicated on the registration form.
- A packet with meal tickets, name tag, program, room key, etc. will be waiting for you at the Registration area located in the St. Benedict’s Hall lobby, St. Vincent College, 300 Fraser Purchase Road, Latrobe, PA. (watch for signs)
- The registration hours are: Friday, June 8th 3-8 P.M. and 10-11 P.M. ONLY and Saturday, June 9th 8:30-10:00 A.M. ONLY
- For the purpose of this convention, Alateen shall be defined as “any person over 12 and under 18 years old who regularly attends Alateen meetings.” No Alateen will be permitted to attend without a parent or registered Alateen Sponsor. Alateen and parent must register together, both by mail or web, and upon arrival at the convention.
- There is NO SMOKING in ANY BUILDING, including dorms (on the College grounds).
- The College policy does not permit children, campers, or pets on the grounds.
- Wheelchairs are not available, but should be brought from home, if needed.
- Please bring from home -Soap, toiletries, washcloths, hangers, pillows, fans. Remember - this is a college dormitory
- St. Benedict Hall features pod style double occupancy rooms with AC. Dorm rooms do not have individual refrigerators, though a shared refrigerator is available.
- It is usually very COLD in the main meeting room. Please plan accordingly.
- PA AFG Convention and St. Vincent College are not responsible for lost or stolen articles or parking violations.
- Keys are to be returned to the Registration desk on Sunday morning ONLY. A minimum fee of $70.00 will be charged for lost keys. This fee is set by the College.
- All dormitories MUST be vacated by 10:00 A.M. on Sunday.
